How to Book and Pay
Please send us your preferred date(s) . We will confirm your booking by e-mail. We request advance booking by e-mail for all tours.
We also advise early booking during Vietnam's peak months for tourist arrivals: November to March and July to August.
A 30% deposit is required; we must receive this by four weeks to the day before your scheduled trip. We will give you our bank account information, so that you may transfer the funds. You are also responsible for the bank transfer fee.
In the event that you wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard, we will send you documents which will detail the procedure. We will confirm your booking after we receive your payment. You will pay the balance directly at Our VietCombank  with cash or credit card.

Cancelling a Booking
- Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to departure will have a penalty of 25% of the total amount for services contracted. 
- Cancellations made between 21 days and 7 days prior to departure will have a penalty of 50% of the total amount for services contracted. 
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure, or in the case of no-show under the condition that the reservation is guaranteed, will have a penalty of 100% of the total amount for services contracted. 
 

Travel insuranceTravel insurance is recommended for all travellers to essentially have it ready prior to your departure. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. It should also cover cancellation of your tour/holiday, loss of luggage and personal effects, 24 hour emergency assistance and a health/medical component for any activities and sports you might participate in.

Western Union makes it easy for anyone to send or receive money worlwide. No credit card,bankaccount or membership is needed .

1.     Simply bring your money to Any Western Union agent and fill out a short form .

2.     Pay a service fee

3.     Get a receipt with a Money Transfer Control Number ( MTCN )

4.     Inform your receiver of the transfer( with the number by email )

5.  Your receiver can go to any Western Union agent and upon presenting proper identification , will be paid immediately
