Day 1: Dong Ha – Savannakhet (L, D)

- Our vehicle and guide pick you up in Dong Ha, Quang Tri, and leave for Savannakhet.

- Border formalities at Lao Bao – Densavan.

- Lunch in Sethamuoc.
- 15h00
- Arrive in Savannakhet. Visit That Inghang, a Buddhist holy site for all of Indochina, shop at the central market and visit Wat Xayaphoum, the largest old temple in Savannakhet. Check in at the Hoongthip hotel (3*). Free evening to explore Savannakhet by night.
Day 2: Savannakhet – Dong Ha (B, L)

- Visit the Mekong River port, then leave for Vietnam.

- Lunch in Karon. Border formalities from Laos back into Vietnam. Shopping at the Lao Bao Trade Center.
- 17h30
- Back in Dong Ha. End of the tour.
