Day 1: Savannakhet – Quang Tri – Quang Binh (L, D)
Pick-up in Savannakhet and departure for Vietnam. Lunch in Muong Phin district, Laos. Border formalities into Vietnam. Visit the Vinh Moc Tunnels. Continue to Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province. Check in and dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Dong Hoi.
Day 2: Quang Binh – Phong Nha Cave – Vinh (B, L, D)
Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to Phong Nha to explore Phong Nha Cave, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, and the Ky Bi, Cung Dinh, Ky Niem and Tien Son caves. Lunch at the Sai Gon – Phong Nha restaurant. Transfer to Vinh city and visit Ho Chi Minh Square, then dinner and check in at the hotel. Overnight in Vinh.
Day 3: Vinh – Ha Long (B, L, D)
Breakfast and check-out. Visit Lang Sen village, then transfer to Ha Long, with lunch at the Thanh Hoa restaurant.
17h00: Water puppet show, a unique art form found only in Vietnam. Overnight in Hanoi.
19h00: Water music show on Tuan Chau Island (an international resort).
Day 4: Ha Long – Hanoi (B, L, D)
Breakfast and check-out, then a boat trip to see the Fighting Cocks islet, the Dog islet and more, and the Thien Cung and Dau Go caves or Sung Sot Cave. Swim at Ti Top islet. Seafood lunch on the boat.
Transfer to Hanoi and visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Check in and dinner.

Day 5: Hanoi – Vinh (B, L, D)
Breakfast and check-out, then visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, the stilt house where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked, the One Pillar Pagoda and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Leave for Vinh, with lunch at the Anh Dung restaurant in Ninh Binh province. Arrive in Vinh, check in and dinner. Free time, overnight in Vinh.
Day 6: Vinh – Savannakhet (B, L)
Check-out and departure for Savannakhet, with breakfast on the bus.
11h30: Border formalities into Laos at the Cau Treo – Nam Phao international border gates, then lunch in Lak Sao, Laos.
18h00: Arrive in Savannakhet for the formalities into Mukdahan, Thailand.
